What's on in Grassington this year? Once you have booked your accommodation, Grassington has much to offer visitors, from fabulous walks in the Dales all year round, the Christmas Markets in December to the Grassington Festival in the summer. You can walk around the village taking in the sights from All Creatures Great and Small.

Christmas Markets
Each year in the build up to Christmas, the village celebrates with two Christmas markets, an array of stalls and entertainment are on offer.

This year the dates are:
 

Saturday 7th December 2024

The Christmas markets replace the old Dickensian festival.

Grassington Festival
Each summer, during the last fortnight in June, the Grassington Festival is held in and around the village. There are a huge number of events taking place and a whole host of musicians and comedians performing.

1940s Weekend
Friday 20th – Sunday 22nd September 2024
Come and experience the 1940s in Grassington. Jiving in the streets, a WWII camp, war games and so much more. For further information, check out the website.

Way of the Roses
We are at a perfect rest point if you are cycling the Way of the Roses We have secure bike storage and plenty of space for wet kit on the AGA (we will have those shoes dry for the next day).

There are many walks around the area and we are a great stop off point if you are walking the Dales Way.
